The position requires flexibility of writing in different forms and styles. Also, the position involves a heavy amount of editing, writing on varied topics such as: education, news, alerts, career options, alternative careers, motivation, leadership, success etc. with a focus on building organic audience.
* Researching and determining the user"s content preferences and the current usage trends or topics trending on varied media like Google, Facebook, Twitter, TV, Print etc.
* Define the day wise content calendar that is reliably represents wide array of elements like seasonality and relevance to user"s consumption pattern.
* Researching organic keywords, phrases & creating an exhaustive database.
* Writing and editing original articles/content while incorporating the keywords and phrases organically within content.
* Monitoring the usage statistics and pattern of the content filed to create a success metrics.
* Responsible for delivering the organic audience growth as per the annual operating plan.
Desired skill sets (good to have)
* Graphic Design
* Photoshop
* Html knowledge
Job Profile :
* 2-5 years of relevant experience (a fresher with excellent English writing skills + an advanced user of social media sites)
* Should be able to write clear and informative copy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Outstanding English & grammar skills
* Attention to detail
* Social media enthusiast
* Knowledge of Internet, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
Location: Noida
